Depart to LA, with connecting flight to Aspen.
Arrive Aspen airport and transfer to The Gant or your accommodation.
 
 
Saturday 6th January 2018
No scheduled sessions
Evening

Opening Cocktail Reception.

Sun 7th & Mon 8th, Tues 9th & Wed 10th January 2018
4.00pm – 7:00pm Afternoon Presentations
7.00pm – 8.00pm Discussion Workshop: Informal discussion on session & networking.

Thursday 11th January 2018
11.00am – 1.00pm Race Day
11.00am – 1.30pm Lunch
4.30pm – 6:30pm Afternoon presentations
Evening Closing Cocktails and Race Day Presentation.

Friday 12th January 2018

Depart Aspen.
